Subscription Plans and Billing Cycles
Hellcose offers various subscription plans with different billing cycles:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Billed every month on the same date
- Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year with a discount compared to monthly rates
- Custom Enterprise Plans: Billed according to the terms specified in your enterprise agreement
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their respective billing periods unless cancelled by the customer prior to the renewal date.
Refund Eligibility
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This policy applies to:
- New subscription purchases (first-time subscribers only)
- Upgrades to higher-tier plans (refund limited to the difference between plans)
Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the initial 14-day period, we may provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription under the following conditions:
- The request is made within the first 30 days of the annual billing cycle
- You have not utilized more than 20% of your plan's resources or allowances
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service
Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription, less a 20% administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly subscription payments beyond the first 14 days
- Add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription
- Custom development or implementation services
- Enterprise plans with custom terms (unless specified otherwise in your agreement)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within the eligible time frame
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
- You have not previously received multiple refunds
Hellcose reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that we determine are being made in bad faith or as an attempt to abuse our refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hellcose account
- Navigate to the Billing section in your account settings
- Click on "Request Refund" or "Cancel Subscription"
- Complete the refund request form, providing the reason for your cancellation
- Submit your request

- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Subscription plan
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant order or transaction IDs
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within the following timeframes:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days to appear in your bank account
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or banking institution.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your Hellcose account
- Navigate to the Billing section in your account settings
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- For monthly subscriptions: Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- For annual subscriptions: Your access will continue until the end of the current annual period unless you specifically request a pro-rated refund (subject to the conditions outlined above)
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted
You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your data is deleted by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan.
Exceptional Circumstances
Service Outages
In the event of significant service outages or technical issues that substantially impact your ability to use our platform, we may offer:
- Service credits for future use
- Extension of your subscription period
- Partial refunds proportional to the duration and severity of the outage
Eligibility for compensation due to service outages is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on factors such as the duration of the outage, the impact on your specific use case, and whether the outage affected core functionality.
Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, if we terminate your account for reasons not related to policy violations, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Billing Errors and Disputes
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged or have other billing-related issues, please contact our billing department immediately at billing@hellcose.com. Please include:
- Your account information
- Details of the disputed charge
- Any relevant transaction IDs or payment receipts
- A clear explanation of the issue
We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If we determine that an error has occurred, we will issue a refund or credit to your account as appropriate.
Exceptions and Special Cases
Hellcose reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances that may warrant an exception include:
- Serious illness or other personal emergencies
- Documented technical issues that prevented proper use of the service
- Subscription purchased by mistake with minimal or no usage
